Because this resort often sells out, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few imporrant deadline dates that we ask you take note of should you decide to book your room through the group block:












If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS DECEMBER 30, 2022. PLEASE NOTE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $300 PER ROOM IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU. IF YOU DECIDE TO ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL INSURANCE, THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON ALL ROOM RESERVATIONS IS FEBRUARY 1, 2023.

- LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25/PERSON PENALTY.
